Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule one (1) time only and receive a credit for the full deposit amount that will be applied to their final balance if they provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for a credit but are welcome to book a new appointment. By booking you agree to this policy.

Please also note that in some instances we do provide hair for purchase at the client request. Our pricing is typically in line with local hair supply stores.
